Status Charts and Key Dates
Status Charts
Period 6 started July 1, 2004 and ends June 30, 2008. To prepare for a potential award distribution, the graph displayed here and the one used in the Boeing Frontiers Magazine has been updated with more current SVT participation figures. The new figures are based on data collected during recent tests of the award distribution process. With this update the potential award distribution, while still an estimate, more closely reflects a possible 2008 payout. Please note: the ongoing nature of data refinement during test distributions may result in further changes to the Frontiers estimate until Period 6 officially closes on June 30.
The last investment period is Period 7, which runs from July 1, 2006, and ends June 30, 2010.
Key Dates (Period 6)
Upon Period 6 closure on June 30, 2008, an assessment of the value of the stock held in the Period 6 Investment Fund determines an award distribution. If the value is above the Threshold Amount, this will result in an award distribution. The key dates and actions associated with an award distribution are described in the following table.
