Keeping Your Address Current

You can only record one home address and home telephone number with Boeing. It's important that Boeing have your correct home address because it is used for payroll purposes, company mailings and TotalAccess password mailings. Your address as recorded in the payroll system is also provided only at the time of issuance to Computershare to assist in the mailing of stock awards. Any subsequent address changes you provide to Boeing are not automatically passed on to Computershare. If the distribution award has already been made and you have a change of address, you will need to notify both Boeing and Computershare of the update.

Even though the U.S. Postal Service provides forwarding of mail to a new address for up to one year, by ensuring your address is current within both the Boeing and Computershare systems, it will help remove delays in you receiving correspondence.

There are three ways to update your home address and home telephone number for Boeing records and systems.

  1. 1. Use the "Home Address & Phone" section under the "My Profile" tab in TotalAccess. or
  2. 2. If you don't have easy access to the Boeing web, call TotalAccess at 866-473-2016, or 800-755-6363, if hearing impaired. You will need your TotalAccess password and BEMSID or Social Security number or National ID whenever calling TotalAccess. or
