annual meeting of Boeing shareholders is scheduled

Proxy Receipt and Voting
Shareholders have the option of voting their proxies
by Internet or telephone, instead of returning their
proxy cards through the mail. Instructions are in the
proxy statement and attached to the proxy card for
the annual meeting.
