share-based plans. Net earnings including the share-based plans
were $1,120 or $1.15 per share. |

charge principally associated with Douglas products (MD-series
aircraft) and the share-based plans. Net loss including the special
charge and the share-based plans was $178 or $.18 per share. |

share-based plans. Net earnings including the share-based plans
