The following graphs show changes in the value of $100 invested at year-end 1992 and 1987, respectively, in (a) Boeing common stock, (b) the S & P 500 Stock Index, and (c) the S & P Aerospace Index. The investment values are based on share price appreciation plus dividends paid in cash, assuming that dividends were reinvested on the date on which they were paid.

The Board of Directors and its Compensation Committee recognize that the market price of stock is influenced by many factors, only one of which is issuer performance. The Company's stock price is significantly influenced by cyclical fluctuations in the commercial jet aircraft global market environment and, to a lesser degree, changes in national defense and space priorities. The stock price performance shown in the graphs is not necessarily indicative of future price performance.
