Honest John (Douglas 1950)
While the Kingfisher development missile flew from the air to the sea, its warhead detonating under the surface, the Army's Honest John was a surface-to-surface missile with a range comparable to medium artillery. Airframes and ramjet engines were built by the company for the Navy's Talos surface-to-air missiles.
