ST. LOUIS, Jan. 28, 2003 — Space Launch Complex 37 sprawls over Cape Canaveral as the Mobile Service Tower rolls back to reveal Boeing’s first Delta IV to launch an Air Force Evolved Expendable Launch Vehicle (EELV) mission: DSCS III-A3.
