CAPE CANAVERAL, FLA., Jan. 27, 2003 -- Workers lift the DSCS III A3 satellite into position for mating with the Boeing Delta IV Medium vehicle. This launch marks the first Delta IV to lift a U.S. Air Force Evolved Expendable Launch Vehicle (EELV) mission into space.
