Ground-based Midcourse Defense
August 2000 -- Boeing technician, Cliff Wagner, routes cable while working on electronics in the aft-skirt of the ground-based interceptor. Once the aft-skirt assembly is complete, it will be attached to the booster vehicle first stage motor and an electrical test will be done.
