ST. LOUIS, Nov. 20, 2007 -- U.S. Air Force Maj. Gen. Robert Duignan, commander, 4th Air Force, departs from Seattle's Boeing Field Friday in the Air Force Reserve Command's third C-40C transport en route to its new home, Scott AFB, Ill., after accepting delivery of the aircraft from the Derivative Airplane Programs team.
