As key aspect of our industry participation and collaboration initiative, the LSI solicits Small and Minority Business (Supplier Diversity) participation. The LSI and our Army customer realize Supplier Diversity participation makes "good business sense" and maximizes our opportunity to achieve optimum strength and balance across our FCS Program industry team. The LSI is committed to our FCS Supplier Diversity program -- we have established Supplier Diversity participation targets and have flowed down these targets to our lower tier supplier partners.
