- Download information, questionnaire and Proprietary Information Exchange Agreement (400K MS Word document) to your hard drive ("Save this file to disk")
- Open document, fill out the RFI Questionnaire located in Appendix C and save back to your hard drive.
- Send completed questionnaire as an email attachment to multims@ngc.com.
- Print out and complete the Proprietary Information Exchange Agreement located in Appendix B and mail to:
