The
Program anticipates a funding level of up to $50,000 for the contract
award resulting from this BIA.
Detailed
Description of Effort and Task
Provide
COA and/or IPB software with a planning and decision aids capability
for maneuver, lethal and non-lethal effects, information warfare,
electronic combat, and assessment of possible and probable adversary
intent and actions. The recommended COA shall meet the commander's
intent and accomplish desired effects. The recommended IPB shall meet
battlespace preparation and situational understanding requirements.
This capability shall include faster than real time capability for
simulation and modeling to support warrior, crew, and FCS Unit of
Action rehearsal and COA and IPB optimization.
