Analog ASIC Design
Analog and Mixed Analog/Digital ASIC Design Services
The Analog and Mixed Signal ASIC Design group supports a wide range ASIC requirements including high-precision, high-speed, low-voltage, low-power, and low-noise for high reliability, low-cost commercial, industrial, military and space grade applications.
Technologies we use include precision bipolar, bulk and SOI CMOS, and BiCMOS. We maintain a cell library for each technology.
We have unique expertise in high voltage, high temperature, low temperature, and radiation hardened analog ASIC design.
We also have expertise in high voltage (50 V), high temperature (+250° C), low temperature (-120° C), and radiation hardened (200K Rads) analog ASIC design.
