Boeing Changes Wingtip Design on U.S. Navy's P-8A Multi-mission Maritime Aircraft

ST. LOUIS, June 02, 2005 -- The Boeing-led team that is currently developing the Navy's P-8A Multi-mission Maritime Aircraft has changed the wing extension from a Blended Winglet? to a commercially proven raked or backswept wing tip.
