Boeing ScanEagle UAV Plays Integral Role In Navy Giant Shadow Experiment
ST. LOUIS, Feb. 05, 2003 -- Boeing ScanEagle UAV prepares for launch in support of the U.S. Navy's Giant Shadow exercise in the Bahamas. During the four-day exercise, ScanEagle made five flights totalling more than 20 hours. The UAV relayed real-time data and provided video to exercise participants.
