ST. LOUIS, Oct. 09, 2006 -- The first of two newly designed A/MH-6X light-turbine helicopters lifts off for the first time Sept. 20 at The Boeing Company's Rotorcraft Systems facility in Mesa, Ariz. The flight is a significant milestone in the continuing development of the versatile manned/unmanned military aircraft.
