INSIDE LOOK -- The BONUM-1 television satellite for Russia is shown in the Hughes Space and Communications Company factory undergoing testing, minus its 7-foot-diameter (2.2-meter) cylindrical solar panels. Among the components that can be seen are, from the top: the 80-inch (2-meter) antenna, folded down; vertical black boxes containing electronics for the eight high-power transponders; and round, silver-colored fuel tanks. The satellite is scheduled for launch Nov. 19 on a Delta II rocket from Cape Canaveral, Fla. The spacecraft is owned by the BONUM-1 subsidiary of Moscow's Media Most.
