| HUGHES AND JPL SIGN AGREEMENT - A strategic alliance between Hughes Space and Communications (HSC) and NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) will focus on the development of new technology for guidance, navigation and control (GNC) for both commercial and government satellite applications.
