| SWEDISH SATELLITE -- Nordiska Satellitaktiebolaget (NSAB) has ordered a high-power HS 376 model satellite which will be built by Hughes Space and Communications Company. The satellite, Sirius 3, will provide direct-to-home television services to the Scandinavian region from its orbital position of 5 degrees East longitude. Hughes will deliver the satellite in July 1998. Sirius 3 is the 52nd HS 376 model to be ordered from Hughes by customers around the world. |
