ST. LOUIS, Oct. 31, 2006 -- Technicians at Boeing's Satellite Development Center in El Segundo Calif., prepare XM-4, also known as "Blues," for testing in the acoustic chamber. XM-4, the 13th Boeing 702 satellite, will join "Rhythm," which was successfully launched in February 2005.
