LOUIS, June 21, 2007 -- The Transformational Satellite Communications System (TSAT) is designed to provide survivable, protected, high-capacity, Internet-like connection for the nation's warfighters. It fulfills the military's three main Network Centric missions; communications on the move, Airborne Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance, and control of strategic assets.
