Terms and Conditions of Image Use
In 1988 the U.S. Navy chose BSS to build its next-generation UHF mobile communication satellites. UHF Follow-On satellites are based on the Boeing 601 bus. To date 11 spacecraft have been built under a contract valued at $2.1 billion.
