April 3, 2005 -- The Sea-Based X-Band Radar (SBX), a key component of the U.S. Missile Defense Agency's Ground-based Midcourse Defense Program is lifted and then integrated onto its sea-going platform in Corpus Christi, Texas, marking a major integration milestone in the program.
