Ground-based Midcourse Defense

IFT-4 Launch -- Integrated Flight Test (IFT)-4 took place on January 18, 2000. The interceptor was launched from Meck Island in the Kwajalein Island Atoll. The launch was part of the flight test program for the Ground-based Midcourse Defense program.
