Boeing-led Industry Team and Missile Defense Agency Dedicate Sea-Based X-Band Radar
ST. LOUIS, July 26, 2005 -- Sea-Based X-Band Radar Dedicated: Boeing Missile Defense Systems, with the Missile Defense Agency, celebrated the dedication of the Sea-Based X-Band Radar at Corpus Christi, Texas. The SBX, a key sensor component of the Ground-based Midcourse Defense program, will track, discriminate and assess long-range ballistic missile threats.
