AUSS XVII
AUSS XVII is a special design system with array sensors and full digital waveform capture capabilities.
Two "Robotic" motion systems (one interior and another exterior) are used to validate the manufacturing integrity of the composite structure. Scanning dimensions are 50 x 20 x 20 feet.
AUSS XVI
Larger, dual bridge expansion of the AUSS-XV class machine.
- Dual Overhead Bridge
- 10 Axes 20 x 8 x 9 ' XYZ
- Full +/-90 Pitch/Yaw

AUSS XV
AUSS XV is a smaller, eight axis system with a part positioning turntable for scanning unique aerospace assemblies. Scanning dimensions are 10 x 3 x 3 feet.
AUSS XIV
The AUSS XIV is a seven axis version of an AUSS system that provides AUSS capabilities on a robust, lower cost, gantry.
The AUSS XIV will follow curvature in all directions, staying normal in one direction, referred to as 2 1/2 D scanning. All data system options are available on the AUSS XIV, with X axis scanning at rates up to 40 ips. Scanning dimensions are typically 20 x 4 x 8 feet.
Update: With the recent addition of dynamic positioning turntable scanning capability, an AUSS XIV can now do full 3D scanning on parts that can be tooled on a turntable. Below is an AUSS 4.5 (a seven axes system) scanning a contoured 737 winglet acquiring TTU and PE from both sides over the complex contoured surface.
AUSS XIII
AUSS - XIII is a large robust gantry with scanning dimensions of 24 x 8 x 12 feet and scanning speeds up to 40 inches per second.
