Boeing salutes great Naval Academy leaders for the 2nd year

For the second year, Boeing produced a series of videos that paid tribute to outstanding U.S. Naval Academy alumni. The videos were featured on the scoreboard at Navy Marine Corps Memorial Stadium during every home game of the 2015 season.

“We’re all very proud of the accomplishments of all of our graduates,” said John Rudder, Naval Academy Alumni Foundation Director of Corporate Relations. “And to see select ones profiled across all walks of life is pretty exciting.”

The profiled alumni are:

David Robinson – Class of 1987
Former NBA Champion and MVP, NBA Hall of Famer, Olympic Gold Medalist
Sunita Williams – Class of 1987
NASA Astronaut, World Record for Most Female Space Walks and Space Walk Hours
Mitch Harris – Class of 2008
St. Louis Cardinals Pitcher, First Navy Player to Reach MLB in 94 Years
Montel Williams – Class of 1980
Emmy Award-winning TV Talk Show Host, Spokesperson and Founder of Montel Williams MS Foundation
Lieutenant Commander Mark Tedrow – Class of 2004
Lead Solo Pilot of the Navy Flight Demonstration Team The Blue Angel
Joe Cardona – Class of 2015
New England Patriots Long Snapper, First Navy Player Selected in NFL Draft in 20 Years
