Ensuring a safe and secure aviation system is the foundational consideration when Boeing design aircraft. Boeing continuously works with regulators and members of the industry to advance safety in all aspects of the global air transportation system and to ensure safety efforts are effective and globally harmonised. In addition to meeting regulatory requirements before certification, each aircraft model must meet Boeing’s own time-proven and rigorous design standards. Boeing also works with regulators and the industry to develop training aids that improve a pilot’s ability to respond to challenging situations.
In June 2017, Boeing supported the 2017 EASA-FAA International Aviation Safety Conference held in Brussels. Find out more here.
