Boeing Ships Next-Generation Weather Satellite GOES-O to Launch Site
EL SEGUNDO, Calif., March 04, 2009 -- Boeing has shipped GOES-O, the second of three next-generation Geostationary Operational Environmental Satellites being built for NASA, to Cape Canaveral Air Force Station in Florida, where it will launch this spring.
