Boeing Propulsion System Nails Critical Defense System Tests
ST. LOUIS, Nov. 16, 2004 -- Divert and attitude system (DACS) thrusters for the Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) system are put through their paces in a design verification test at Edwards Air Force Base in California. The Boeing-built DACS passed all tests with flying colors.
