WICHITA, October 28, 1996 - Boeing President and Chief Executive Officer Phil Condit reported that a quarterly dividend of 28 cents a share was declared by the board of directors at its October 28 meeting. The dividend is payable December 6, 1996 to shareholders of record on November 15, 1996.
