Boeing Reduces F-22 Program Costs with New Wing Process

SEATTLE, Nov. 30, 1999 -- Workers at Boeing in Seattle load an F-22 Raptor wing skin panel into a new tool that will reduce the time it takes to build a set of wings by approximately 370 hours.
