Air Gabon Renews its Fleet with All-Boeing Airplanes

SEATTLE, June 01, 2001 -- In a signing ceremony today in Libreville, Gabon, attended by government, airline and Boeing company officials, the Flag Carrier of Gabon signed agreements to renew its entire fleet with Boeing airplanes. Upon delivery of its two new 737-700s, a 747-400 Combi and a 767-300ER, shown here in an artist's rendering, the airline will operate one of the youngest fleets in the world and will be the first airline in the region to renew its fleet with all Boeing models.
