Eurocypria's Livery Soon to be Flying on Boeing 737-800s

Return to News Release

SEATTLE, Nov. 28, 2001 -- For the first time ever, Boeing airplanes will enter the fleet of Eurocypria Airlines of Larnaca, Cyprus. Four Boeing 737-800s will be leased from International Lease Finance Corporation (ILFC), with delivery beginning in February 2003. The Eurocypria 737-800s will come with drag-reducing blended winglets, which improve fuel efficiency, increase range, improve takeoff performance and payload capability, reduce noise near airports and lower engine maintenance costs.
