Boeing Reports Quarterly Dividend

CHICAGO, Dec. 10, 2001 -- Boeing Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Phil Condit reported that a quarterly dividend of 17 cents per share was declared by the Board of Directors at its December 10 meeting. The dividend is payable March 1, 2002, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Feb. 8, 2002.
