Boeing X-45A Unmanned Combat Air Vehicle Begins Flight Testing
EDWARDS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif., May 23, 2002 -- The Boeing X-45A Unmanned Combat Air Vehicle technology demonstrator aircraft, developed for the U.S. Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency and the U.S. Air Force, made its first flight May 22 at the Dryden Flight Research Center on Edwards Air Force Base in California.
