SEAL BEACH, Calif., May 23, 2002 -- The first Boeing Delta IV rocket for the U.S. Air Force's EELV program rolled out on May 23, 2002 from Decatur, Ala. Among those attending the ceremony were Gale Schluter, Vice President and General Manager of Boeing Expendable Launch Systems, Lt. General Brian Arnold, Commander at Space and Missile Systems Center, Christine Anderson. Program Director for MILSATCOM Joint Program Office and Alabama Gov. Don Siegelman.
