CHICAGO, Dec. 01, 2003 -- Newly named Boeing President and CEO Harry Stonecipher (left) is joined by new Non-Executive Chairman Lew Platt (center), and former Chairman and CEO Phil Condit. Boeing announced today that its board of directors had accepted Condit's voluntary resignation and that, as a result, the company was adopting a new leadership structure with Platt and Stonecipher assuming their new roles.
