Boeing Executive to Speak at Analyst Conference

CHICAGO, Feb. 04, 2004 -- Boeing President and Chief Executive Officer Harry Stonecipher will make a presentation to the Lehman Brothers 21st Annual Industrial Select Conference in Miami on Friday, Feb. 6, 2004. He is expected to discuss Boeing performance, strategy and outlook.

A live audio webcast of Mr. Stonecipher's remarks will be available on the Internet at 10:30 a.m. Eastern Standard Time.
