All-New Boeing 787 Makes Design Progress; Receives Strong Market Support

LE BOURGET, France, June 13, 2005 -- Boeing reports excellent progress on the all-new 787 Dreamliner. Production of the first 787 will begin in 2006 with first flight in 2007. Following a flight test program, the 787 will enter revenue service in 2008. Twenty-one airlines have announced orders and commitments for 266 Dreamliners.
