Boeing, EVA Air Celebrate Delivery of Airline's First 777-300ER
EVERETT, Wash., July 27, 2005 -- Boeing and EVA Air today celebrated delivery of the airline's first Boeing 777-300ER (Extended Range) airplane. The airplane is the first of 15 Boeing 777s that EVA Air will receive through 2009. In EVA Air's configuration, the twin-engine airplane carries 316 passengers in a three-class arrangement and flies up to 7,705 nautical miles (14,270 kilometers).
