Boeing Delivers Virgin Blue's 50th Next-Generation 737
SEATTLE, July 27, 2005 -- Virgin Blue Airlines' 50th Boeing 737 departs Boeing Field in Seattle for a test flight prior to delivery. The "True Blue" livery is a stark contrast to Virgin Blue's typical red to commemorate the milestone delivery event, accomplished in less than five years of airline operations.
