Boeing, Emirates Sign Record 777 Order
DUBAI, United Arab Emirates, Nov. 20, 2005 -- Emirates Airlines and Boeing today signed a record-breaking firm order for 42 Boeing 777 airplanes at the Dubai Air Show's opening day. The airline will become the world's largest operator of the 777 family with its order for 24 777-300ERs, 10 777-200LRs and 8 777 Freighters.
