ST. LOUIS, Dec. 15, 2006 -- Jim Cappa, leader of the Payload Accommodations Hardware integrated product team for Boeing Commercial Space Company, congratulates employees and customers at the Dec. 14 unveiling of the 25th Payload Accommodations package for Sea Launch Company, LLC. The payload accommodations fairing is a protective shell, four stories high, that protects a satellite throughout the launch phase of a mission.
