FARNBOROUGH, United Kingdom, July 14, 2008 -- Boeing [NYSE: BA] and Etihad Airways today announced an order for 35 787-9 Dreamliners and 10 777-300ERs (Extended Range) at the Farnborough Airshow.

Etihad Airways is based in Abu Dhabi, the capital city of the United Arab Emirates, and the airline is Boeing's newest 787 customer. A 787-9 Dreamliner is depicted here flying in Etihad Airways' livery.
