ST. LOUIS, April 25, 1997 -- The board of directors of McDonnell Douglas Corp. (NYSE: MD) today declared a quarterly dividend of 12 cents per share on outstanding stock, to be paid July 7, 1997, to shareholders of record as of June 6, 1997.
