Boeing Delivers Republic of Singapore's First AH-64D Apache Longbow

MESA, Ariz., May 17, 2002 -- Brig. Gen. Lim Kim Choon, Chief of the Republic of Singapore Air Force, accepts the keys and logbook for the first AH-64D Apache Longbow helicopter from Maj. Gen. Bruce K. Scott, Commanding General, U.S. Army Security Assistance Command. The aircraft delivery was celebrated in an early morning event at The Boeing Company in Mesa, Ariz., where the Apache helicopters are built for the U.S. Army and international customers.
