Launch of EchoStar XI

Sea Launch is now preparing for the launch of the EchoStar XI satellite in July to support the expansion of DISH Network capacity to customers throughout the United States. Sea Launch will carry live coverage of the mission on this website. We will post additional information about our launch coverage as we get closer to the launch. A recorded webcast of the mission will be available for viewing by following the instructions listed to the right, approximately one hour after completion of the live webcast.

• RSC Energia - provides Block DM upper stage, ground support and integration of launch operations
• SDO Yuzhnoye/PO Yuzhmash - provides two-stages of the Zenit-3SL vehicle, integration support and launch operations support
• Aker - design and construction of the Odyssey Launch Platform and the Assembly and Command Ship, Sea Launch Commander.
