Chris O’Connell joined the Sea Launch Company in 2005 as Vice President of Contracts. He is responsible for all contractual relationships with the company’s customers and partners.

Prior to joining the Sea Launch team, O’Connell was Director of Contracts and Pricing for Boeing Homeland Security and Services. Earlier, he was Director of Contracts for Boeing Launch Services.

O’Connell received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Long Beach State University and a law degree from Western State University (Fullerton, Calif.).
